Disgusting Service Delivery

Worst service ever. I am utterly disgusting and disappointed with the service delivery. As good citizens we have been calling ethekwini electricity department since 2017 to advise them that when they change the electricity pole our prepaid meters is not working its blank and they would promise to send people to fix it and everytime someone came they would say it's not their department and they will send the relevant department to come and fix it. As usual we called again to report the matter few weeks back and they came and disconnected the electricity and gave us a letter saying we deliberately tampered with the electricity and we must pay a fine. Firstly how is it our fault that they have lazy staff and secondly how is paying going to help if the problem with the pole is still not fixed...this utter ******* honestly.
