Disgusting response to an emergency logged.

we called in around 8:30 last night and laid a emergency with the water department t regarding a bust piper on their side of the land, it looked like a fountain in the bank yard and our garden a pool.<br> its utterly disgusting the service response you get from the agents when u call in an frantically advise them that you have a bust piper on their side of the land..<br> we called half an hour later as still no on e had bothered to pitch up and was advised by another agent that someone will be out around 10pm last night that like 2 and a half hours without any water and 2 and half hours of alot water wasted.<br> the municipality still did not send anyone one out till today morning the pipe is shooting away and no one has even cared to pitch up and help us out..<br> we are advised via the news on TV that there is a shortage of water in our dams and we need to use water sparingly, but its perfectly fine for the municipality to waste water and take their time to come to your aid.<br> we are now sitting with out water and stil no one has pitched up.<br> this is really disgusting , you guys need to get off your butts and do the damn work that yourl are paid to do!
