Disgusting ethekwini electricity department call centre staff

I'm a disgusted by the ethekwini call centre that even exists !!! Yesterday at umlazi j section the lights went off from 3pm till now we are sitting in darkness and electrical appliances are all not working due to this ****** load shedding. When you call the call centre you speak to different agents that just simply give you a reference number thinking this will solve the issue at hand . Till now there is no electricians that have been deployed to resolve this matter . Is this because this is a township and nobody cares for what these people feel . Families appliances are not working families went to bed without having supper still waking up to the same predicament is distasteful . I bet you should this had happened at a suburb in Durban north , Umhlanga rocks they would have resolved the matter that is happening . What is the purpose of even paying even we are not treated the same ??? Your reference numbers are not helping at all .

Can you urgently deploy a team at Umlazi J section and resolve this issue immediately or they will be hell to pay !!! Start doing your jobs and work with the community that is suffering . I dont even know why we even vote in this pathetic country with such people who dont care for others . Nx !!!!! Fix it NoW !!!
