Disgusted

I am very disappointed with the service of the Ethekwini Municipality. We have been calling them for assistance with the Seweage that burst in our yard and all they keep telling us is to take down a reference number. They have very poor and ****ty service it's absolutely disgusting how they think they are serving the community of Durban.
