Disgraceful useless service

Water leaked in front of my driveway from an underground leakage. This leakage increased in profusity. It messed my driveway and passage entrance to my property. This matter was reported to Water leaks dept on the 4 July 2022. I was informed that the matter would be attended to. It is now Wednesday 6 July no response at all. Called emergency no no was mentioned as does not exist on another account cannot reach the dept. It is sad emergency services have a pathetic response to resident concerns. Valuable Water is wasted and yet these clowns imposition of decision making impose Water restrictions to the community of kzn. What an irony. What idiots we have that have no concern of the well being of our nation. Only lining their pockets. It is about time they spend more time on the ground than in the office
