Load shedding is back. But we are still be being ****** in broad daylight. I have measures in place to control my electricity usage but the municipality still estimates my usage and charges me for electricity that I did not use. When you query this they don't respond even when we we submit the readings via the sms system they still estimate because they want to rob the customers.
