complaint of a job that was done.

I Melvin Williams would like to lay a report of a job that was done on the 31 of May2021 at 20:15pm in Hallbury Close, phoenix Durban 4068

while watching TV in the lounge i see my power goes off 3 Times like on off on off on off, so i went outside to check and i do see a job by your workers are fixing a power box on the road.

however,, they interfered with the wrong houses power and the guy had a big mouth when i asked him, why he didn't inform us about the work so we can keep our power off.

I did inform the worker that due to this incident my TV went off and didn't come back on now.

They were rushing and didn't want to give me the job number however i did take down the vehicle registration number.

registration number: NDM18830 Driver's name : didn't want to give Job N.O : Said they are rushing I need to phone and get the job number.
