Complaint about Ethekweni Water Supply

We are elderly people - some with severe medical conditions living in the Hillcrest Country Retirement Estate, 2 Country Lane, Assa***. Our water supply ended on Sunday 23rd July and today is the 29th July. We have had no water since that time - i.e. 6 days. The water people have completed the repairs but still we have no water and daily have to go to a source to get a bucket of water for washing and sanitation purposes. Our Residents are very old and at 86 it is hard to exist with no water - please help us - we are desperate.
