Cannot Explain Huge Bill

I am having a problem with the Ethekweni Municipality regarding my electricity bill. They have sent me this huge bill & are unable to explain why. I did have a meeting with the ombudsperson & have sent several emails but still no response. They refuse to tell me when they will respond to me in writing.<br> Please advise who can assist me.<br> Is there anyone from the Consumer Council & can contact?
