Busted sewage manhole

Good day

I’d just like to a lay a complaint about our sewage manhole that has just busted few months back in our house. We did call and logged a fault few months back and still no response. I’m so disappointed with the municipality and their pathetic service as well as their *********** staff!!! We have been doing follow ups but still no response, can your imagine seeing sewage in your yard for months and the smell...one will get sick yet we are up to date with our rates..

I’m so disappointed and hoping to get help ASAP!!!
