Business hours- Ethekwini Municipality

<p>I was so happy that finally we dont need to go to Pinetown or Durban dor Ethekwini Municipality / The Metro Bill Revenue Dep since they have open one in Clermont.</p> <p>Boom! its lunch hour its closed they will be back at 2pm. I have never ever heard that municipality offices or departments close totally for lunch hour. Why can't they relieve each other. If you using this card system and you need to purchase you have to wait the whole hour while they enjoying their lunch hour. I think you have to change the name from Sizakala to Sizakala uma ikhona.</p>
