Burst water pipe - Ethekwini Municipality ends call

Called in to report a massive water pipe leak, which has been gushing tons and tons of water for days on end. The burst pipe isn't at my house, but the woman at Ethkwini Municipality report centre insisted on getting my number, which I asked what they need it for when the burst pipe isn't at my house. She mumbled something then ended the call while I was speaking. Great job Ethekwini Municipality. You continue to prove right the terrible service in all sectors that you're infamous for. You speak about water shortages but purposefully allow vast amounts of clean water to go to waste. How do you not know when a pipe has burst in this way. Lets see how many more days you will allow all this water to fkow and go to waste. We pay some of the highest rates, but get hardly any service delivery.
