Burst municipal sewage pipe

I am a desperate and frustrated citizen of Glenwood. Four weeks ago I reported a problem of a broken municipal sewage pipe which is spilling its content into my yard. To date nothing has been done and this problem is getting worse. I have two young kids who are exposed to this problem everyday. I am desperate and am using every available avenue to escalate my problem. I am hoping I will get help.
