BULL **** SERVICE ETHEKWINI MUNICIPALITY !!!!

I'd give a rating of no star but there's no options for it. I've been calling the call center ********** which kept me on the call about 1 hour and no answer,this was at 07;30 and 08;30 and no one answered. ********** durban switch board number which there's no answer at all.

so i went to Martin west on smith street and waited for 1 hour 30 minutes just to find out i need to go back with my bank statements to get my electricity reinstated due to it being switched off. this is unacceptable !!!! what do we do in this case because there is no one to complain to about this service
