Bribes

Went to get my eye test done waited in the line for hours on end and as i am in the front a metro policeman brings the file and signs an eyetest for someone who is even not in the cue i mean like is that the way our society works where by you have to bribe everybody with cash in order to get whats suppose to be an equal chance
