Blocked sewer pipe in Phoenix

I am highly disappointed and angered at the Ethekwini municipality. I am based in Phoenix, and on the 20th September 2022, I sent an email to the municipality complaining about the blocked sewer at the bottom of our street. To date, I have only received a reference number, but there has been no action in remedying the issue. This is a very serious issue because it becomes a health hazard. In addition, the smell that is emitted is terrible and has a negative affect, especially on those living closer to the blockage. I am appealing for help urgently.
