Blessings on Blessings Mr. Blessing Mbongwa, without exaggeration he is by far the most helpful, amazing, knowledgeable, efficient and polite worker i have ever met at the municipality. My my my, if he could be cloned i have no doubt the municipality would run like a well oiled machine. Thank you to him and whoever was smart enough to hire him. He is truly as his name says....a blessing! Thank you so much.
