Behavior Issue

I am so disappointed at the terrible customer service that Ethekwini Municipality gives to its clients, I had called 3times to the contact centre asking to speak to a manager while being kept on hold for 30mins at a time my calls was dropped. I had a rude agent screaming and giving me her attitude as if she was doing me a favor by taking my call......i want feedback to be given in regards to this matter asap.
