Bad service #EthekwiniMunicipality

EThekwini municipality's service is extremely bad. Calling them is pointless because you don't get anywhere with that call, you can't even get an agent to assist you,the WhatsApp number that the give is also a dead-end because whoever is in charge of that number does not respond at all. We have been without electricity since 4pm yesterday and it is now 12 pm following day and still no electricity
