Bad service delivery

I have a blocked sewer system and my house is flooded with sewer water and the municipality has not sent out a team to rectify the situation from 11:30 this morning!! Despite 7 calls and speaking to Zanele the supervisor I have had no joy.. I cannot use my toilet or my shower and cannot breathe due to the smell.. Ethekwini municipality you are the worst...
