Bad Service

I reported a faulty electricity in my house on the day of 6-3-16. A technician was sent out to have a problem sorted out , was assisted by a very rude receptionist by the name of Sizani. She blatantly said its not her problem and she is not in a position of arguing with me .almost half of my groceries gone off . I'm so disappointed by service I did received from these providers.
