BAD SERVICE

<p>i called in 03/10/2016 and i was asked to open a case regarding the theft of my cabels. i did this and we called in to log my case from the police station . a Technician came on the 4th. when i called yesterday we were told a technician is still coming meanwhile a technician already come. Thuli from call centre was extreamly rude saying she doesnt make the policy for eThekiwini Municipality , she also gave us an incorrect complaints number to log a complain. she assured that someone will be coming yeterday but no one came. its is now 4 days that we have no running hot water. i asked them to log this as urgent as there s a baby in the house , but it was just brushed off. I will end up losing my job due to this as my baby only drinks expressed milk. without electrcity to keep it in the fridge i cant feed my child. i need answers.</p>
