bad service

I have been paying my taxes for many years and its now two months that the municpility truck not taking my ack bags in the green bin in bellville road malven, they firts damaged my bin that cost r900, If they don't empty my bin again I will come dump all my **** on the managers table in your office and that is a promise!!!!
