Bad customer service

EThekwini water and engineering services has the worst service ever.Ive been reporting on not having running water for months and they still havent sorted out my problem.Everyday for the past couple of months we dont have water at H929 18khahlamba street Umlazi 4066 we have an elderly ill 82year old who needs clean fresh running water.we really do not know what to do now.If someone can assist or connect to the right people I'd really appreciate that.The plumbing technicians from the Ethekwini delivery services have all failed to assist me.This is just poor service delivery and an infringement to our basic human rights of water.Im very disappointed and trully hate you guys.You have abused my family for far too long and dont bother to resolve my complaints.Can my God be truly with you and you ****ty service #EThekwiniMunicipality
