bad attitude

I went to the library at 4.45 on the 10-02-2015 to renew , exchange books and find out what amount is due for the fines.I was told that they already cashed up ,according to my Understanding The Amount The Overdue Is CHArgEd Daily, However I Could wrong. The 2nd incident was the one indian lady told the other something and she turned and looked at me , I looked at her to let her know that I saw. She always rushes the people and it's not the first time she turns the switch off and says come we are closing now. I then asked her about it and she said they close at 5 but it was only just after 4.45 she then said if they finish at 5 they walk out at 5 they don't get anything extra.shewas raising her voice and saying that. They should visit the umhlanga rocks library and other surrounding ones to learn skills.
