Awful, disdainful treatment

I went today to open a library card for a little kid and ourselves since we had not used ours for a long time. People said this branch was safe and easy to access. The library is beautiful and well stocked, but the service is terrible. The gentleman behind the desk was very unhelpful and bordered on like why do you want to join here. We felt very unwelcome. The facilities are great but the security doesn't care about children abusing the facilities. They turned a blind eye to a child who was monopolizing both the swings. If I want to put my kid on one, he would run to that one, then when I go to the one he left, he would quickly go back there and kept getting into our face and tampering with our things. It felt very out of place as they all just stared at us, so I'm not sure we'll even go to this branch again, though its the closest and most convenient for me. But sadly poor training of staff gives them a bad image. Please address this urgently
