Amazing service

Had a dangerous problem with the earthing of our electricity so called the help line. People arrived to help an hour earlier than they said they would AND it was on a Sunday! Staff were unbelievable friendly and worked until 10pm explaining the problem and giving us numbers of private electricians we could call (the problem was not on the road but turned out to be in our house where the municipality is not allowed to help). The following day we even received a follow-up phone call to ensure that everything was okay! So, so impressed.
