Account billing *****

Last year I had serious problems with municipality in that they kept giving me estimated readings on my monthly accounts, even though I e-mailed them the reading as per their request on the 7th monthly. Their supervisor from Chatsworth then advised me to rather e-mail the readings on the last day of every month, as this will rectify the situation in terms of correct billing which is done by the 5th monthly.<br> According to them, I last gave them a e-mailed reading at the end of October 2014 & then again at the end of January 2015. They obviously don't have my e-mails for the readings sent to them at the end of November & December,of which I have printed copies of this proof of the readings sent to them. <br> I have received an account on the 4th of February of the correct readings from end October to end January 2015.The issue is that this is a reading for 3 months in total (billed for R4722.35), however they have deducted only 2 months estimated readings for the same period (billed for R2608.54).<br> It is clear that this is blatant that municipality has a no care attitude towards this matter, as they have not responded to my mails at all since the time I sent them the 1st mail on the 5th
