It has been almost a year since we sold our house. It has been months since I requested for this account to be fixed and for our money to be paid back to us.

This woman ********** does not respond to any emails.

Phoning you means I have to take at least half an hour off work to get through - which I don't have. I don't understand. Our rates and taxes account has been sorted a long time ago.

Your accounts threaten me with Legal action. I can assure you, if we have been handed over or listed anywhere about this there will be hell.

Your staff needs to do their damn jobs.
