6 days without lights

Since the 21st we did not have any electricty .i have made numerous calls to the electricity department and awaited for hours for the call to e answered,I get a reference number from the call centre agent with promises that it would be resolved soon.last resort webcontacted the councillor of the area Roy pillay,which informed me that he is trying the callcentres and Said he got no joy as well.all my food stuff is spoilt ,my kids are highly distressed and I am at my witsend.I would appreciate some sort of response as today is the 6th day!!!
