48 hours and still no electricity

We do not have electricity for the past 48 hrs, have phoned the electricity Department numerous times. A few guys did come to check up what the issue is but didn't find a fault and said we where being referred to a different department. No one has come to check up what the issue is after that. Have called the relevant department numerous times. Phone just rings continously!!! The service in this country is so pathetic.
