3 days without electricity... What is going on eThekwini .. Should I stop paying you and buy a generator ?

<p>We have had no electricity at home since Sunday 24th July 2016 at 11pm. The technicians came out to fix the issue on Monday 25th July 2016 and the power was only restored for 20 minutes (11am – 11:20am) before it was cut again for the entire day, the technicians then came back yesterday, Tuesday 26th July 2016 and restored power once again but it was cut after 15 minutes. This is the 4th day now that we still have no power at home and I need this issue resolved asap as it is impacting my families lives. The normal turnaround time for a fault is 2 – 24 hours but it has been more than 72 hours and the issue is still not sorted out so please could this kindly be addressed as a matter of urgency.</p> <p>Ref ********** </p> <p>Other ref : ********** </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
