2 hours and no answer

I've been on the phone for over 2 hours and have left several messages for an agent to get back to me or at least pick up the phone! Truly amazed at how nonchalant the call centre workers appear to be. Please help as I need reconnection to my electricity. I have paid and have received no help since yesterday
