I just needed an email address

I am extremely sad and disappointed and destroyed by the uncooperative behavior of the employees there. I just needed an email address to forward a proof of payment to and they refuse and just slam down the phone. Not even attempting to assist or even give me a **** address - they just blatantly refuse to offer human decency. I don't understand this world. WHY??? its just an email address to ensure you get the POP so you can turn on the power. I really think we should asses who we give our money to provide basic services. BUT we have no choice. This province is going down so fast. It is soooooo sad *** - what i could google
