Horrible Disgusting Service!!!!

We haven't had electricity since Saturday. Technicians are failing to fix the problem and they have said it's an underground issue. However they closed the complaint before it was solved by the Depot. They just keep giving me new reference numbers. It is now Monday and no electricity!!!!!
