Ethekwini Municipality electricity fault they don't do their job

The service is bad it has been 4 days with out electricity since last week Friday , on Saturday thir sent someone to our home and he said the meter is blocked and we don't even know the reason to that blockage to our meter . On Monday morning called again and give them our reference still no one was sent ,today is Tuesday we called in the mornings our calls are being dropped, someone come from the electricity department and said the same thing like on Saturday their can not fix it because there is a code their need 2 enter and the don't deal with meter their only fix street lights
