Bad service and unprofessionalism

Hi Hello Peter,

We've been facing a frustrating issue with complete electricity outages for the past four days. On top of that, I’ve encountered serious difficulties reaching customer support – my calls have been dropped over six times after waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes each time.

When I finally connected with a consultant, I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior. There was no acknowledgment of my frustration as a customer, and I felt completely dismissed. Given the high cost of electricity, we, as customers, deserve much better treatment and a higher standard of service.
