Super bad service by ETDP SETA

It is now 3 weeks that I as an accredited provider waits for the ETDP SETA to endorse the Statement of Results for 5 moderator candidates.<br> <br> This process normally takes 24 hours.<br> <br> The SETA does not honour their undertaking to solve this within a week. <br> <br> Currently no one from the SETA responds to emails and telephone calls.<br> <br> My client has needs the moderators to moderate 200 assessments for a large company.<br> <br> This is super bad service by people whose salaries we are paying.<br>
