Re - Statement of Results

Kindly assist me with the Statement of Results level 4&5 I tried reaching Rhiza Babuyile with no Help they don't even respond to my messages they are sending me from pillar to post. I need to know exactly who is holding my statement of results between ETDP SETA & RHIZA BABUYILE. I've paid my money and time if I don't get my statement of results I need my refund for level 4 and level 5.
