How long must one waite for a certificate and statement of results??

I have been battling for months to get hold of the ETDP - SETA. THEY DONT ANSWER PHONES AND ONE SIMPLY CANNOT GET HOLD OF THEM VIA E MAIL EITHER.!!

Waiting a year for a learner certificate and still nothing????!!!

This is totally unacceptable!!
