Horrible service from Thokozile Ngubeni EDTP SETA

There is a very horrible, very rude receptionist by the name of Thokozile Ngubane when you try to enquire about your your belongings she will lie to you and tell you that she does not report to you and she has other important things to sort out as if what you want from her is not important. When you call on the phone she is very rude from how she answer the phone and when you try to explain yourself she hangs up the phone with no assistance.. initially I went to their offices with the hopes that I will get help she turned me back and told me she will email them to me. It's been a month waiting for her email. She doesn't even take your credential to show that she is not even willing to help you. I even tried reaching out to her superior unfortunately there is no response on that end... this rude lady when you speak to her she will make empty promises and lame excuses take you from pillar to post... did I mention that she is very rude and a very horrible person I don't thing she has BATHO PELE principles that time she is the face of the department
