ETDP SETA horrible services!!

I was part of the ETDP internship in 2*** (12 months). During this time they paid me 5000 in which 50 was deducted for UIF. later that year i figured that i owe sars as a result of my IRP5 with ETDP SETA. according to them i was not taxed but according to sars they were supposed to register us under the ETI initiative which is associated with pay as you earn. Now I have a sars debt of 9770.00 because of them. ive been sending them numerous emails but still no response from them. If i manage to reach them, they take me fro pillar to post with no resolution.
