E I G H T months to push PRINT for a certificate?????

On the 19th September 2023, I completed an ECD qualification. Fast forward 8 months and I am still waiting for my printed certificate! E I G H T months to push print? And I know I am NOT the only one. Emails from my college get responded to, "It's in the queue" but if I email them ... nothing! This is SHOCKING to blatantly delay this process. Peoples JOBS are affected. Why do we have to wait so long? Absolutely shocking service. Do NOT study with any college affiliated to ETDP-SETA because you have NO guarantee of when you will get your certificate ... IF at all!
