Unprofessional and Inconsistent

Before i moved into this property, when viewing and paying my first months rental and deposit their employees were very helpful. However, while living there i was being threatened for and given warnings on tires and things outside my window which were not mine and i had advised them of this but was still sent their conduct rules and threats to be fined. this was a back and fourth argument till today no one from their Body Corporate has neither apologised or sent me a letter of apology for their mistake. Secondly, i have had many leaks in the premises and many faulty things in the unit that i had to continuously to call, email and follow up on etc. Now i am having problems with getting my deposit back because of their mistaken errors on who was fixing leaks and what not. They have also falsely been promising me that the remainder of my deposit was paid or will be paid and i am still waiting. My emails take hours if not are never responded to i have to nag them to respond. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSISTENT!!! I will never recommend a friend or any family to live there.
