Think twice
As a tenant they found all possible ways not give me back a deposit of R12000 on apartment. They will take you all over the world with invoices and stories just not to pay you back. I left the apartment in perfect condition and the agent came and actually approved it. Never got my money back. Just be careful guys it's tough days.

You say that you left the apartment in a perfect condition, yes except for: a broken mirror, damage to a wall, 7 globes you forgot to replace and the tumble dryer that you broke. And you also forgot to pay your rent! So we agree with you 100%, anyone else who plans to leave an apartment with the extent of damage that you did and who does not pay their rent, please do THINK TWICE.
Thankfully we have 1000's of great tenants, who hand properties back without causing damage and who are not rent defaulters, they always get their full deposits back. That's the law!
