The tenant doesnt matter

We rent a property in Fairland. We were meant moved in on the 1st June 2014, we had to move in late as the place was in terrible shape, the list was endless. We the had to nag and beg for the second remote. There were no mirrors in the bathrooms so new ones were put in but unless you are six foot tall you cant see. The kreepy in the pool does not work so we put our one in. The oven has never worked still waiting for that to be replaced, the kitchen is falling apart the draws don't close and the list goes on. The lady who handles the maintenance from Etchells and Young is always full of reasons why they cant (wont) fix things. I have asked to speak to the manager but he has never bothered to call me. 9 months later!!!! and I am still fighting. Clearly as a tenant you mean nothing as long as the rent is paid they don't care.
