Student tenants don't matter.

This year i was renting at the E&Y Monash student accommodation for my Post-grad studies and i'm very disappointed in the service, so much so i won't ever recommend them to anyone.<br> Firstly i discovered the stove area was filthy and i reported it to a staff member & they kept promising someone will come clean it up which no-one did. Then finally i spoke to the manager Cheryl Van Den Berg who told me bluntly to clean it MYSELF.<br> Secondly prior to moving out...the manager tells me that regardless of whether i've cleaned the place or not she will take R500 cleaning fee per person, total of which is R1000 to clean a \matchbox apartment"that doesnt even have a lounge...being **************** in my opinion.<br> Lastly"
