Slow, unsatisfactory service
Dishonest in general
Lacked decent customer service.
Currently on week 3 waiting for deposit to be refunded. Sent my banking details more than once, exit review already complete with 1 light bulb determined to be deducted from my deposit, so nothing more to be done yet no response to my mails of when im getting my refund.
Ive been ontime with my rent anand always paid in full. Pull up your socks and pay back my money.

23 Nov 2021, 11:01Hello Ref T - we are really sorry that it took so long to get your deposit back, we definitely try to get it done much quicker than this (even though we are actually still within the time frames as set out in the Rental Housing Act). A few small issues on our side came together that resulted in a much longer than usual time to process your refund, for that we apologise and the refund was done on 19 November, we trust that you have received it buy now.
