<div>I wish there was was a lower rating for these ***s........ they refusing to give a deposit back for things that were fixed by a contractor I supp**** because their contractor is daddy dear and would like to make a buck off of people, disgusting people specially ****** her self who was the rudest person to deal with..... absolutely disgusting </div>

Your deposit has not been returned yet because unfortunately you chose to use sub-standard contractors who did a very poor job. Your obligations in this regard are clear.
Our only focus is to get the property back into an acceptable condition for the new tenants.
We act in accordance with the terms of your lease and the relevant law and as such any amount that may still be due to you will be refunded accordingly.
Your assertion that we are trying to make a buck off you is false as we do not make any money from your deposit or from any repairs made on your behalf.
It is indeed a pity that your way of dealing with this is by being derogatory and insulting.

26 Aug 2020, 13:57And there’s that snotty reply I was waiting for lol..... judging by everyone else’s reviews I don’t think I’m in the wrong here, do you? My contractors did a good job repairing the things you requested, because to charge R1100 for a 2 meter by 1 meter wall to be painted is ridiculous, and to charge R1700 for a clean for a apartment not near 80 square meters with no carpets is very steep, must be nice to be your friends and family... I mean contractors sorry..... and to take photos of entry and exit inspections to see your making us pay for marks that were on the entry inspection??? Sounds unfair.... and to say Beverly is going the day after YOUR contractors are there to fix a leak and take a photo of that leak and send it to us as an exit inspection???? How does that work lol???? I’ll be taking this Up with the rental housing tribunal because it seems your company needs to open their eyes..... and to see this snotty reply isn’t very shocking judging how you speak to other people aswell very unprofessional and very disappointing but how you talk to me other the phone it’s not very shocking again ...... also you say I should talk to Beverly who never replys or returns phone calls, great employee ( thumbs up)

As mentioned previously our only concern is getting the property back into a condition that is suitable for new tenants. Regretfully you did not hand the property back in a suitably good condition, as the patched holes are still clearly visible through the painting that you did and several items still need to be properly cleaned. These being the oven, shower door, top of the kitchen cupboards and light fittings. That said, thank you - the floors, windows and most of the rest of the apartment were well cleaned and in a good condition.
We would actually still like this matter to be resolved fairly and amicably and therefore we have done another inspection of the property and have asked our contractor to reduce his quote (as a favour to us) and the re-painting and balance of the cleaning will now be done at a significant reduction of only R500 so that we can finalise this matter without further delay. Our office will be in touch regarding the details and to arrange for the refund of the balance of your deposit early next week.
