EXIT INSPECTION AND DEPOSIT REFUND

It was a bit rocky at the beginning but Cherylean Merryweather is such a professional and efficient person. my exit inspection was initially incorrectly assessed and wrong information was given to her for the refunds. clearly someone did not do their work properly and made it difficult for Cherylean to calculate my deposit refund. I almost did not get my deposit because i was quoted for repairs that were not for my account. But after giving Cherylean all the documentation (which by the way were in my file records, but someone just decided not to share with her) she was very swift in rectifying this and my deposit was paid back. I don't know what would have happened if I did not keep my own records cos I truly believe this was deliberate.

Thanks Andre Pieterse for always being there to assist with all the maintenance quires i had and for being professional, making sure that all is attended to even though some of this almost caused me my deposit

Beverley Ritchie, thanks for helping me move during hard lockdown and making sure that the move was easy before the temporary relocation permits expires. Though a thorough inspection was not done during entry due to me moving in during Alert level 5, a very thorough one was done by someone else and almost causing problems for me.

I cannot say the same about the lady who was in charge of the property i was renting at Woodlands Garden. She appears to be very rude and the manner in which she attend to enquiries was not satisfactory. Her word is final and one cannot negotiate or say anything, even though some of the things do need a negotiation or some sort of understanding. she just respond with just one word, if you are lucky you can get one sentence

Getting a deposit from E&Y is not an easy task. I will encourage anyone to keep records of everything cos one mistake from your side, you can lose your entire deposit.
